I am a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2009 with Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology-Exercise Science. I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 2012. I have completed a Neurological Residency Program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2013. I am currently the Manager for Rehab Services for Ben Taub Hospital in Houston, TX. I has served as adjunct faculty for the Harris Health System Physical Thearpy Neurological Residency Program for 3 years in the Spinal Cord Module from 2013-2017 and currently as adjunct faculty in the Acute Care Module of the residency program. I received the Neurological Clinical Specialist Certification (NCS) in 2014 and Wound Care Certification (WCC) in 2015. Tabitha’s clinical interest includes brain injury, spinal cord, and wound care for individuals with neurological impairment.
I am currently the owner/founder for Prep Professionals. Prep Professionals' goal is to assist individuals with attaining jobs, promoting within their current jobs, changing careers, and understanding their success story. Prep Professionals operates to through one-on-one consultations and webinars.
