As a young entrepreneur I wanted to try (learn) as many things as possible and a while ago I finally found my business path in sales management/leadership, motivation/sales talks and sales development management. Passion, I find in Automotive surrounding, so my natural goal became combining it with my business path. On my personal development journey, people often referred to me as a natural leader which I humbly accept with a smile.
Over the years I found myself in many challenging sales situations around the World learning to understand/accept different cultures, opinions and ways of thinking. Throughout my travels I developed an excellent network of Automotive enthusiasts ready to do business with me.
I am often consulted about financial part ("the numbers") of sales and I can proudly state that I understand it perfectly well. On the other hand, I consider it to be a result of good/bad sales strategy, decisions making and wise people management. So, rather to focus on pure numbers I like focusing on "how to deliver them" - not only today but over a longer period.
For me, sales is and will be Hart, Soul and Bloodstream of any business.
