Presented to the Manitoba Library Association about my experience with customer services that are both good and bad, but also some things to think about when making libraries accessible for people with accessibility needs.
This was in partnership with the Disability Issues Office and it was to commemorate Human Rights Day in Brandon Manitoba. The presentation discussed the AMA and what it potentially looked like for the public.
