Founder & CEO

Canada

The world today is moving at a breakneck pace. Fortunately, or not, the speed of change and busyness we all face is going to be increasing in the weeks, months, and years to come. Leaders today are simply trying to catch-up, keep up, and show up. They’re feeling burned out, stressed, and too distracted to lead their teams to the best of their ability. As a result, people are disengaged, they’re leaving their teams, and managers are being kept up at night worried about the work not getting done and having the people there to do it. With 35+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Development, specifically helping category leading companies lead engaged, effective and connected teams, Electric Bill is able to shock people out of their static daily routines to remember the importance of incredible relationships, heartfelt leaders, and thriving workplaces. His energetic and actionable keynotes take audiences from the hectic, convoluted, and chaotic lives they live to one that is rooted in connection. While most leaders think the key to success is more, better, faster, the truth is that great leadership comes from ensuring their people feel seen, heard, and appreciated. This is the fully engaged and Electric Life we all hope to lead.

Arkansas, United States

As a natural born leader and entrepreneur, Anthony spent much of his years working in the non-profit sector, serving as an advocate, development officer, programs developer, and ultimately non-profit executive. Years later, Anthony moved into the for-profit sector where he started and led a success pediatric therapy clinic; continuing his work and advocacy amongst some of the most in-need throughout the community. Trouble started when he hired an individual who was later to have been found preying on her next target. After just shy of 90 days of her employment the trouble started. Once the employee was terminated, for cause, things spun out of control. An all out attack on his name, business, reputation, and freedom ensued. Anthony successfully sued the individual, was awarded $3.57M in damages, a permanent retraining order, and even went on to beat, not one, not two, but THREE attempts the employee made to frame him for crimes he never committed. Anthony is a dynamic speaker with a story of hope, love, and inspiration as to what it means to beats the odds, and expose some of the worst that prey on the communities most vulnerable populations.
