Jeff Fager
Jeff Fager

Former Executive Producer, 60 MINUTES and Former Chairman, CBS News

New York, New York

Jeff Fager devoted nearly 40 years to CBS News, building a career that spanned many levels of broadcast journalism, from field producer to executive producer of 60 Minutes and, later, chairman of CBS News. He became widely associated with 60 Minutes because of his long tenure there, but his influence extended beyond that program. Over time, he also played a major role in helping CBS News strengthen both its traditional broadcasts and its growing digital presence during an era of significant industry change. After graduating from Colgate University with a degree in English literature, Jeff began working in television news in the late 1970s. His early jobs gave him experience in several parts of a newsroom. He worked as a production assistant, news writer, and assignment editor at a CBS station in Boston before moving on to KPIX-TV in San Francisco, where he became a broadcast producer. These early roles gave him a practical understanding of how news operations functioned at the local level and prepared him for larger responsibilities within the network. Between 1982 and 1984, Jeff worked on several CBS News programs, including the weekend editions of the CBS Evening News and the overnight broadcast Nightwatch. Soon after, he took on international assignments and was based in London during the mid-1980s. From there, he produced coverage of major world events, including conflicts in the Middle East, the 1986 bombing of Libya, meetings between President Ronald Reagan and Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev, and developments connected to the collapse of the Soviet Union. This period added a strong international dimension to his journalism career. Jeff later helped launch the news magazine 48 Hours. From 1989 until 1994, he worked as a producer at 60 Minutes, where he covered dozens of stories with correspondents Morley Safer and Steve Kroft. His reporting background and newsroom judgment helped him contribute to a program already known for serious journalism and strong storytelling.

Dr. Siegfried Isele
Dr. Siegfried Isele

Author, Agilist & CTO

Florida, United States

As an author, agilist, and CTO, Dr. S. Isele stands for Swiss precision in a world of increasingly complex digital transformation. Based in Florida and operating globally, he advises executives, boards, and senior leadership teams on how to turn legacy constraints and security gaps into controlled, measurable transformation—without destabilizing core operations. With over two decades of international experience across regulated industries, Dr. Isele has built his reputation on one fundamental belief: transformation is not a technology challenge—it is a leadership and risk management discipline. His work bridges the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that modernization efforts deliver real business outcomes rather than additional complexity. At the center of his approach is the Helvetic Cybersecurity Maturity Model (HCMM), a structured framework that integrates governance, security, architecture, and delivery into a single, coherent transformation model. HCMM enables organizations to assess their true maturity, identify hidden risks, and implement step-by-step modernization strategies that are both resilient and scalable. Dr. Isele is widely recognized for cutting through industry hype—particularly around artificial intelligence. While many organizations invest heavily in AI initiatives, he emphasizes a critical reality: AI does not fail because of algorithms—it fails because of weak foundations. Fragmented data, outdated architectures, and insufficient governance prevent organizations from realizing AI’s true potential. His message is clear and increasingly relevant for executive audiences: AI is not a technology problem. It is a modernization problem. Through HCMM-aligned roadmaps, executive advisory, and hands-on transformation leadership, Dr. Isele helps organizations move from fragmented systems and reactive security toward controlled, future-ready platforms. His approach ensures that innovation does not introduce new risk—but is built on a foundation of stability, transparency, and measurable control. Beyond his commercial work, Dr. Isele selectively supports pro bono initiatives across emerging markets, contributing to capability building and sustainable digital development—quietly, pragmatically, and with the same commitment to quality that defines his professional work.

Chisa Christian
Chisa Christian

Founder, New Pattern Solutions | Organizational Performance Consultant | Speaker | Creator of The Interrupt Framework

Florida, United States

5.0

(1)

Chisa Christian helps capable people cut through the noise, get clear on what matters, make confident decisions, and take ownership of what happens next. As founder of New Pattern Solutions and creator of The Interrupt Framework, she works with organizations and the people inside them to close the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. Her work starts with one question: What's getting in the way? She spent more than 20 years leading teams and mission-critical operations in the U.S. Air Force, and that taught her something: most performance problems aren't knowledge problems. Capable people usually know what needs to happen. Something else is interrupting the follow-through, and until it's named, organizations keep solving the wrong problem. That's why her approach is diagnosis before prescription. Rather than assuming the issue is employee behavior or mindset, she looks at what is actually producing the result. The cause could be the individual, the leader, the team, the culture, or systems nobody has examined. The Interrupt Framework guides that work through five phases: Define the outcome, Discover where execution breaks down, Diagnose what's reinforcing it, Disrupt the pattern with intentional action, and Develop the systems that sustain follow-through. It works at the individual, team, and organizational level, so a keynote, a training, and a consulting engagement all speak the same language. Chisa partners with corporations, government agencies, healthcare organizations, school districts, nonprofits, and veteran-serving organizations through consulting, keynote speaking, and training and facilitation. Her work has produced measurable results: a 50% increase in workplace productivity for the Women in Leadership Initiative, a 40% boost in team productivity for the Empowering Professionals Initiative, and improved self-confidence and emotional regulation in 90% of participants at the Future Leaders Academy. Chisa holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and five coaching certifications, including emotional intelligence training built on Stanford University's Creativity in Business curriculum. Her firm, New Pattern Solutions (Inspiring Women To Excel, LLC), is certified SDVOSB, WOSB, and MBE. Her work has been featured in CEO Times, USA News, and New York Headlines. Audiences don't leave with motivation that fades in two weeks. They leave with a shared language, a clear diagnosis, and a practical framework they can apply immediately. Because lasting results don't come from knowing more. They come from changing the patterns that shape how people lead, communicate, and perform.
