My biggest passions are to help people and to craft. My world is digital: I love to simplify everything by automating it and I do my best to make my clients well represented when it comes to online and social networks. This is why a combination of a developer, project manager and marketing enthusiast works well for me.

I started working on my network while still at school. Now, I'm 25 years old (finishing the Masters degree) and can say that I managed to build a strong global network that helps me execute and drive all my projects and activities forward. I'm a living example that everyone can build a strong global network no matter the age, background or expertise. And I can teach you how! -- I'm an entrepreneur and dreamer currently on my life's mission in China. I grew up in a small village in the south of the Czech Republic with a strong desire to explore the world and challenge myself. I studied Mechatronics in high school, have a BA in Economics and Finance and am now pursuing an MSc in Management from the Peking University HSBC Business School in Shenzhen. I helped launch a venture for Rocket Internet (in 2 markets), built an online business during my last year of BA and found a passion in connecting and educating people through communities like Startup Grind. I'm a big supporter of social entrepreneurship, which led my involvement with the Hult Prize Foundation (hultprize.org) that strives to improve lives of those less fortunate by bringing together the world's brightest business minds to compete in teams to solve the planet's biggest challenges with innovative ideas for sustainable social enterprises. I'm passionate about startups (especially tech, and tech-enabled companies and education), healthy lifestyle and helping others to achieve their goals. In my free time, I study Mandarin Chinese and mentor companies, startups, and individuals on how to master the art of building long-lasting relationships (business networking).

Raul Pineiro Jr. was born in Cuba. He attended and was educated under the socialist doctrine. With only the clothes on their back and without the ability to say goodbye to friends and family, Raul’s family was told, that it was time for them to leave the only home Raul had ever know. At the formative age of 16, Raul and his parents immigrated to the US via a shrimping boat. An Entrepreneur at heart, Raul went into business for himself for the first time in 1989 at the age of 23. The company was bought 3 years later. For several years he tried to work for others, but found that his entrepreneurial creativity was stifled. So, again in 2004, Raul opened yet another business. Feeling the need to find kindred spirits, Raul joined EO, an entrepreneurial support group, in 2012. In order to follow another passion, he recently got involved with several groups to improve the life of Cuban people. He created a MyEO Cuba Group, where EO member can engage with and travel to Cuba. Raul is now becoming a sought after speaker, for Cuban investments, opportunities and the lifting of the US/Cuba embargo.

Susan Bender Phelps, Lead Trainer, Coach, and CEO of Odyssey Mentoring & Leadership delivers engaging and inspiring training programs and "playshops." Susan demonstrates the principles of mentorship, leadership, and effective communication that powerfully shifts workplace culture so that organizations are more productive and staff willingly uses every opportunity to grow, develop, and cause breakthroughs. As an Executive and Management Coach, Susan's work transforms lives and careers. Susan got her start in mentoring and leadership training when she co-founded a mentoring program for at-risk middle school students in the early 1990s. This work is her passion. Every day, it gives her the opportunity to pay forward the gift that had once been given to her. As Executive Director of the New Mexico Youth at Risk Foundation, Susan worked with a mentor to help her grow her organization, hone her leadership skills and master non-profit fundraising and grant writing. To this day, she takes advantage of opportunities to be a mentor and to have a mentor. Susan brings her first-hand knowledge and experience of the power of effective mentoring to her work as a trainer, speaker, and coach. She has learned that just because a person is really good at what they do, has years of experience and the best of intentions, most do not come naturally to the mentoring skills they need. Those skills can be easily learned and mastered. Mentoring benefits both mentees and their mentors. Mentees learn faster than experience alone can teach them. Mentors earn more and rise faster than their colleagues who don’t. Even more important their passion for their own work gets re-ignited. At the end of the day… everyone wins. Susan speaks nationally on mentorship, leadership, and communication. She is the author of Aspire Higher, a collection of true success stories of career and business mentoring. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a master’s in Management & Organizational Leadership.
