"One thing is not everything, Everything is One thing." Sadrach 'Sasa' Martiena is a personal development coach, investor, and public speaker who focuses on helping those who feel stuck have a breakthrough. His life purpose is to guide, inspire, and motivate others so they can thrive, be happy, and live fulfilled lives. Sasa grew up in Curacao and was raised with religion playing a big role. He taught himself drums and performed Christian rap songs as a child. Music is a huge part of his life. Through his father, he also learned to love bachata music, which is popular in Curacao due to Spanish influences. In 2013, Sasa felt a calling to move to Europe. Within six weeks of a vacation there, he returned to the Netherlands to build a life. He met mentors who taught him about business, mindset, work-life balance, and investing, helping shape him into who he is today. In 2017, Sasa had a wake-up call when he experienced a panic attack and thought he would die. This prompted him to make changes in his unhappy life. He went down a "rabbit hole" of healing from past traumas and asking himself uncomfortable questions. This allowed him to understand himself better and change negative thought patterns. Through self-discovery, Sasa became aligned with his true purpose of coaching and public speaking. He went from being broke and unfulfilled to living his purpose of guiding others to fulfillment. His services include coaching, courses, speaking, and more. Sasa wants to help people be genuinely happy, successful, and thrive. His journey continues as he aims to make an impact.

Growing up was not easy for me I had all of the ingredients to be bullied. I was a chunky kid who had a hard time breathing mixed with always getting sick and quiet almost 90% of the time (still am sort of) but that all changed after I found baseball as a fun activity to do. I immediately said to myself I'm going to be the best and to do that I needed to learn how to be healthy and get stronger and faster. That started everything. I started reading textbooks on health and my baseball buddies started noticing a difference in me, all of a sudden I started training everyone on the team. I knew from there is found my calling in life (ikegai) . Shortly after I found a book called ACSM Guidelines and Prescriptions, it mentioned getting the hardest cert you had to get a Master of Science and 10000 hrs of clinical programming with a 42% passing rate (I was 15 yrs old) 10 years later I got it. Around my teens to twenties, I started coaching and going to school. holding multiple jobs and internships. At one point I had 30 minutes of social life and I had managers that just won't leaders, So I said F this there needs to be something better I can do and pass along to the future of my industry. That's when the idea hit me I've been called the brain, the smartest man in the room and people loved learning from me. I let myself reframe myself and be the leader, mentor, and educator that I never had to others. I worked hard to get where I am today retired owner/ COO of a multi-million dollar integrated health facility (still consulting for them) with dozens of licenses and certs under my name. Given hundreds of presentations/ workshops. Trained thousands of clients with diseases and cases that others have given up on. I've taught hundreds of allied health professionals to be the best leaders they can be for themselves and others. My dream right now is to make a huge dent in the world and I know I can do that by being myself and following my Ikegai.

Born on Jul, 1987, in Hagerstown, Maryland, Liley Gordon's life story is one of profound transformation. The son of Diane Kay Gordon, an American, and Carl Gordon, a Jamaican immigrant, Liley's early years were steeped in a rich tapestry of cultural and moral values. However, the unexpected loss of his mother in 1997 marked the beginning of a tumultuous period in his young life. With his father working tirelessly into the night and his older brothers caught in a cycle of incarceration, Liley found himself searching for belonging and structure in the very streets that promised neither. The absence of a stable family environment led him down a path marked by encounters with the law, starting with an arrest for auto theft at the tender age of 12. The following years saw Liley navigating the challenges of juvenile detention, facing charges ranging from theft to drugs and weapons violations. At 17, Liley's life reached a critical juncture with a carjacking arrest that resulted in a 23-year prison sentence. It was within the confines of this reality that Liley was forced to confront the trajectory of his life and the choices that had led him there. This bio seeks not only to recount the events of Liley Gordon's life but to illuminate the journey of a man who faced the depths of adversity and chose to seek a different path. It is a story not defined by its beginnings but by the strength of the human spirit to overcome, learn, and grow. As Liley himself would say, his story is far from over. It is a continuing narrative of resilience, redemption, and the unwavering belief in the possibility of a second chance. Upon the completion of his sentence, Liley Gordon's life took a pivotal turn through participation in a work release program, marking the beginning of an extraordinary journey of redemption and success. Offered a position with a prominent local general contractor, Liley started as a laborer but quickly demonstrated his capacity for growth and learning, earning a position on the drilling and blasting crew. This marked the first step in what would become a remarkable trajectory of personal and professional development. After 18 years behind bars, Liley's release on parole was not just a return to freedom; it was a rebirth. Holding onto the job in drilling, he channeled his resilience and entrepreneurial spirit into founding 23RD&FIT, a personal training business, mere months after regaining his freedom. Demonstrating an innate knack for innovation and a keen business acumen, Liley expanded his venture by developing a corresponding app for his LLC, further solidifying his commitment to his new path. Liley's personal life flourished alongside his professional endeavors. Reconnecting with a childhood friend, he found love and patnership, culminating in there engagement. Their joy was multiplied with the arrival of their first child together, a daughter, born on January 30, 2024, a symbol of hope and new beginnings

For the past decade, I’ve supported elite athletes and coaches in Olympic, Paralympic, and Professional sports, specializing in disciplines that demand exceptional speed and endurance. Together, supporting over 450 athletes that achieved 23 Olympic, Paralympic and World Championship medals, and one world record. Training athletes to excel in both speed and endurance often leaves practitioners grappling with uncertainty – wondering if they are on the right track and how to adjust workloads effectively. The truth is, no single approach can optimize the potential of every athlete. And therein lies a startling revelation: 60-90% of training squads are not currently maximizing their physical potential. In 2017, I travelled the world to solve this problem. Today, I run a business that supports coaches, physical preparation, and medical practitioners worldwide. My mission is to support practitioners with tailoring training programs that maximize the performance of the entire squad, even within the confines of technical and tactical training philosophies. Your athletes have one chance to maximize their potential. It’s time for you to take action and deliver that reality.
