I am Shehroze Kashif, a high-altitude mountaineer and CEO of Broadboy Adventures. I completed all 14×8000 at age 22, placing me among the youngest to reach this milestone. I hold multiple Guinness World Records, including youngest to summit K2 at 19, youngest to summit Everest and K2, youngest to summit the 3 highest peaks, and youngest to summit the 5 highest peaks. I speak to companies, universities, and schools about leadership, risk, resilience, and youth performance, translating lessons from the Himalaya and Karakoram into clear, practical tools. Leadership High places demand simple systems: clear roles, short briefings, honest debriefs. I show how these habits keep teams aligned and fast, whether you’re launching a product or moving up a face at 8,000 meters. Risk Management Safety first, summit second. I break down turn-around times, reading changing conditions, and deciding when to push or pause—so leaders can make cleaner choices under pressure. Resilience After a post-summit storm on Nanga Parbat, I spent a night exposed high on the mountain and self-descended at the first safe window. That experience anchors practical methods for staying calm, resetting quickly, and finishing strong. Mentorship & Youth I work with young climbers and student leaders. One example is Asha from Bozeman, Montana, who at 17 became the youngest American to summit an 8,000-meter peak after training under my mentorship. I use this story to show how structure, feedback, and courage can accelerate growth. Engagement I offer keynotes with Q&A, fireside conversations, panels, and student sessions. Audiences leave with specific steps they can apply the next day to lead better, manage risk, and stay resilient.
