After 3 years in family business and 8 years in corporate HR department I decided to jump in freelance area. My corporate experience in HR department gave me wide knowledge in HRM, organizational development and people development. Designing and implementing training standards, coordination of HR and sales projects, positioning HR as a strategic partner and being internal trainer were my main responsibilites. My greatest passion is working with individuals and organizations and leading them toward growth, participatory leadership approach and innovative ways of thinking and collaborating. My core work is in the area of personal and organisational development, coaching, facilitation and training. You and I both know the school system, as presently constructed, needs major change... My mission is to transform the k-12 education experience. I taught in public, private and charter schools for 5 years helping 89% of my students to earn commended on the Texas state standardized test and helping more than 75% of my students earn 4s and 5s on AP (Advanced Placement) Tests. I won teaching and coaching awards and still found myself unable to help kids the way they should be. I knew there had to be another way. Here is what I am doing about it: Today, I work tirelessly to disrupt and innovate school as a team leader at Alpha, an innovative, independent school that uses adaptive learning software in place of direct instruction. Every student at Alpha performs in the top 10% of students their age on the MAP assessment. 99% of our students report that they love coming to school. Every student learns life skills, technical skills, and transferable skills. We are changing the way kids do school. I co-founded Guide, a social e-learning app that teaches students life skills through micro-video content to provide access to innovative education options! Guide makes learning blended, on-demand and relevant! We are changing the way students use education.

Jason Soroski is a pastor, writer, and musician who communicates in a way that is meaningful, relevant, and mindful of the small details that we may otherwise overlook in our everyday lives. This encouraging observation went viral, and created a national conversation about Christ taking away our fears. His writing has been featured by The Gospel Coalition, Preaching Today, Lifeway Women, Worship Leader Magazine, and in Kerry and Chris Shook’s 2016 book, “Find Your Miracle”. Jason holds an M.Ed. from Missouri Baptist University, is a featured contributor to the Salem Web Network (Crosswalk.com, BibleStudyTools.com, Christianity.com), and author of A Journey to Bethlehem: Inspiring Thoughts for Christmas and Hope for the New Year. My passion is the topic "love what you do". I support my clients to love what they do - finally, again or even more than they do already. It's not just about work - it's about interacting with others and yourself, it's about communication, free-time and life's circumstances. I am a self-employed coach since 2011, a podcaster and speaker. Before this I worked nine years as an employee, for example for an international consultancy. I studied economics and went from having the focus just on being rational to also listen to my guts and respect my feelings.

Hello my name is Uledus Roseman and I'm a motivational speaker and lifestyle coach. I was born October 13 ,1966 and was raised by my grandmother in Sedalia Missouri. When I was eight years old, my grandmother sent me to Oakland California to live with my mother ,the strongest woman I have ever known. Due to an abusive marriage to my step father, my mother kept me in and out of Hamilton Junior High School. Not being able to stay in school on a regular basis, I soon developed a learning disability and ended up in special education. Because of my learning disability I wasn't able to graduate from Smith Cotton High School with a high school diploma. Instead , I was given a certificate of faithful attendance. At that moment, I thought I would not amount to anything. At the age of 24, I moved to St Paul, Minnesota to live with some of friends with only 50 bucks in my pocket. It wasn't long until I became addicted to drugs and alcohol. At the age of 35, I chose to go to Minneapolis Community and Technical College, and it changed my life forever. It gave me the facts, information, and skills that I needed to achieve a degree in addiction counseling. After that I was able to help people overcome their addiction to drugs and alcohol and fully develop their character and abilities. My own personal journey, and the belief that with hard work and effort people can change for the better, is the fire that fuels me to become a motivational speaker and lifestyle coach.
