She comes from a large family of women who instilled a strong sense of independence and confidence in her upbringing and she holds steadfast to that today. Traci graduated college with a BS in Global Business Management and lived the life of a overworked executive for many years when she found herself on the brink of a stress induced burnout. She knew she needed to make a change and spent countless hours searching for something to bring balance and harmony to her life. About two years ago, Traci began practicing meditation at a local Zen Center in town where she learned the basic principles of Zen Meditation then went on to earn her certificate as Intermediate practitioner and is currently taking advanced Zen Meditation and Sutra Studies. I’m a television host and producer, a TEDx host, and an award-winning print journalist.
