Dr. Minarcine is one of the founders and Board Chair for the Organization for Research and Community Development, a non-profit based out of Afghanistan that currently serves 22 countries. Marx was born and raised in rural Illinois. Throughout high school he intended to become a Christian minister, however once he graduated Tracy's attention turned toward the profession of theatre. After graduating with an A.S. degree from Wabash Valley College, he pursued two more years of studies in theatre, music, and business. Tracy transferred to Johnson University in Knoxville, TN, where he majored in Bible and specialized in Media Communications and Preaching. During the course of his studies he was ordained as a Christian Minister, and upon graduating from Johnson with a BS cum laude, he entered full-time pastoral ministry and went on to earn Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees.
