Chris Curley spent his career as a Police Officer in San Diego and Phoenix. Chris started as a patrol officer in 1991, and then from 1995 to 2001 spent time as a school resource officer and a criminal damage detective. In 2001, Chris began conducting undercover investigations to expose online child predators as part of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Chris conducted these investigations for thirteen years becoming a subject matter expert. In 2015, Chris retired from the Phoenix Police Department. I was born in Blackpool in 1972 and I've wondering how in the hell everything works ever since. Despite an...eclectic career path I've spent the past 13 years as a co-founder of LiveLeak.com. I've certainly had more failures than successes in my life but I've learned from them. Not necessarily how to prevent them happening again or perhaps anything useful but it still counts. In my time with LiveLeak I have appeared on more news stations than I ever bothered to count, I've been to a debate at NATO, and I once gave a talk at the Copenhagen Art Museum where an audience of academics discovered it's easier than they thought to be manipulated. In recent years I've pulled away from media appearances and the like preferring to carry on blundering my way through life but now I feel like sharing more and hopefully inspiring a few people along the way.
