I have spent more than seventeen years inside global supply chains, first at IKEA and then at Volvo Cars. I have led international transport, procurement and transformation work across three continents, including a transport portfolio worth more than one billion dollars. I have also led operations through COVID 19, the Ever Given blockage and the Red Sea crisis. Today I am Founder and Principal Advisor at Cognitive Industrial in Basel. I work with executives who need to make complex operations more resilient, simpler and more useful to the business. My talks draw on decisions made under pressure, from building a global Centre of Excellence and predictive tracking capability to redesigning operating models, sourcing strategies and control towers. I do not speak about transformation as a theory. I show what changes when leaders connect systems, incentives, decision rights and frontline execution. Audiences leave with practical questions and actions they can take back to their own operations.

I'm Richard Weylman, a Keynote Speaker Hall of Fame inductee and Customer Experience Hall of Fame Honoree based in Punta Gorda, Florida. Over nearly three decades as a business growth strategist, researcher, and three-time international best-selling author, I've helped organizations around the world turn customer experience into their strongest competitive advantage. My path here was not a straight line. Orphaned at six, I grew up across 19 foster homes and 11 schools, and that early lesson in resilience still shapes how I help teams adapt and win. I went on to lead an award-winning Rolls-Royce Motor Cars operation and to build the original sales and marketing organization for The Robb Report, experiences that taught me exactly how customers decide, stay, and refer. Today I deliver keynotes, consulting, and executive coaching that improve sales performance, customer engagement, and leadership. My approach is prescriptive, not motivational: audiences leave with research-backed strategies and practical tactics they can apply the very next week, especially as AI erodes the product edge and relationships become the real differentiator. Above all, I measure success by the lasting impact on the businesses, teams, and individuals I serve. Whether on your main stage or in a breakout, my goal is the same: to engage, educate, and equip your audience to grow.

Subah Wadhwani (born 20 August 2004) is the co-founder and CEO of Atomik Growth, content creator, and angel investor. He is based in San Francisco and Bangalore. Atomik Growth is a media and technology company that produces launch videos and short form clipping for technology startups, and its clients include Acquired, Andreessen Horowitz, Google DeepMind, Brex, Airwallex, Figma, and Airtable. Wadhwani was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and began creating content as a teenager, starting with gaming videos on YouTube and later building fitness pages on Instagram. He completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma and speaks English, Hindi, Spanish, and French. His first professional role came at the education company Educate, where he worked as a social media manager. The team he was part of built one of the fastest growing YouTube channels in the personal finance category. In 2023 Wadhwani co-founded Atomik Growth. The agency began by helping venture capital funds and technology companies produce and distribute podcasts, working with shows such as Acquired and Darknet Diaries and with investors including Kleiner Perkins, Greylock, and South Park Commons, along with founders such as Reid Hoffman and Henrique Dubugras. The company operates from offices in San Francisco and Bangalore, and Wadhwani built the team in his early twenties. It later expanded into the two services that now define it, launch videos and short form clipping. Its clipping operation, Atomik Clips, runs on a private network of more than three thousand creators who build side accounts and post short videos designed to travel, and it charges clients for guaranteed views rather than for production alone. When a company has no existing footage to work from, the team films original material and builds a library of clips from it. The launch side of the business operates under a separate brand, LaunchVideo.com, which Wadhwani co-founded with Arthur Zargaryan, Vihaan Khanna, and Hannaan Kirmani. It runs product launch campaigns for startups on the social platform X, aiming announcements at the founders, operators, investors, and developers who influence whether a product gains traction. Documented campaigns include the launch of Helena, an autonomous marketing product from Enrich Labs, which reached 3.6 million views and produced close to nine thousand product demos, and a period in which Wadhwani launched three startups in seven days for more than five million combined views. Its launch clients have included Composio, Superblocks, Wispr Flow, HydraDB, and Merge.dev. In 2026 the launch business announced an expansion to meet rising demand from venture backed companies. Alongside his agency work, Wadhwani creates business content on YouTube and Instagram, where he posts lessons about building and running an agency to audiences of tens of thousands. He co-hosts Distribution, a show about how AI startups capture attention whose first episode drew more than five hundred thousand views on X. Wadhwani invests as an angel in early stage founders, with a focus on future media, video generation, consumer applications, and agencies. His check sizes typically range between 5,000 and 20,000 dollars, and he offers the founders he backs access to distribution alongside capital.

I help organisations and individuals reclaim their attention, make better decisions, and thrive by working with the question at the heart of intention: what’s stopping you from living and working the way you truly want to? I’m based in the United Kingdom, and I draw on years of research, campaigning, and coaching from the front line of the attention crisis, including my work founding Delay Smartphones after seeing what constant connectivity was doing to children, families, and our collective capacity to think clearly. As a Strategic Intervention Coach (and founder of Delay Smartphones, formerly Hannah Oertel), I’ve taken this work from the Scottish Parliament and Westminster to international conferences and two TEDx stages. Over the past decade, I’ve coached founders, executives, and individuals on interrupting unhelpful patterns, strengthening focus, and translating insight into practical, lasting change—so you can choose your attention, improve decision-making, and move with greater clarity.
