I speak, write, and teach to bring the principles of addiction recovery into clinical spaces through honesty, presence, surrender, community, and humility—understanding these as lived practice rather than metaphor. Through my forthcoming book, Recovering Healthcare, I help individuals and teams translate recovery-informed wisdom into everyday care culture. I’m based in New York, United States, and my work centers on supporting clinicians, leaders, and organizations that want to meet patients and each other with greater clarity, compassion, and accountability. I partner with healthcare communities to strengthen communication, reduce friction, and create conditions where healing is possible for both caregivers and those they serve.

Keynote Speaker | Creator of The Architecture of Adaptation™ | Founder
Oxnard, California
Cindy Costley's perspective wasn't shaped by theory alone—it was shaped by living it. For more than 34 years, Cindy lived in a body that often reacted severely to things that were simply part of everyday life. Food was dangerous. Environments made her sick. Even seemingly ordinary experiences could significantly affect how she felt and functioned. Over time, her world became smaller and smaller. For decades, she believed her body was broken. Eventually, her search for healing forced her to look deeper—and what she discovered changed not only how she understood her body, but how she understood human adaptation itself. Her body's responses weren't random. They made sense in the context of what it had experienced and what it had learned to anticipate. What had looked like dysfunction began to reveal something else: "adaptation." That discovery became the beginning of a much larger exploration. With a degree in dietetics and more than 20 years of experience working with the body, Cindy has explored conventional medicine, nutrition, functional and integrative approaches, energy work, trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and the complex relationship between our experiences and the ways we adapt to them. Over time, she began recognizing a principle that extended far beyond physical symptoms: "we don't simply adapt to what happens. We adapt to what our experiences teach us to anticipate." Those adaptations can influence far more than how we feel physically. They can continue shaping how we think, respond, communicate, relate, lead, perform, and navigate change long after the circumstances that created them have passed. Today, Cindy brings this perspective to audiences through The Architecture of Adaptation™, inviting people to reconsider responses we often label irrational, resistant, dysfunctional, or self-defeating and ask a different question: "What if this response makes sense when we understand what the person has adapted to?" Cindy is a keynote speaker, creator of The Architecture of Adaptation™, and host of The Underlying Answers podcast. Her work isn't about giving audiences another explanation for what's wrong. It's about offering a different place to begin—one that recognizes the intelligence behind how we adapt and opens new possibilities for how we understand ourselves, understand one another, and create change.

Leadership & Performance Speaker | High-Performance Clinician | Sports Medicine Specialist I help healthcare organizations, leaders, professional and elite athletes, and high-performing teams identify what’s getting in the way of better performance and turn those insights into practical solutions that work in the real world. Based in Denver, Colorado, Dr. Jim “Doc” Weathers, DC, IBD-S, CKTP, CKTI is a practicing sports medicine physician, clinical consultant, educator, and national and international speaker with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, sports medicine, rehabilitation, business, and leadership. Doc brings something different to the stage: he doesn't just teach from experience; he continues to practice what he teaches. He remains actively involved in hands-on clinical care, working with athletes and healthcare professionals while consulting and educating practitioners and organizations. That ongoing experience keeps his presentations grounded in what actually works in the real world, not simply what looks good on paper. Clinical & Performance As a sports medicine specialist who has worked with professional and elite athletes, Doc understands that when performance matters, recovery time matters. His clinical work integrates chiropractic care, rehabilitation, advanced Kinesio Taping, and evidence-informed BioHacking strategies to help people recover, perform, and return to what they need to do. As a clinical consultant and educator, he helps healthcare professionals and organizations evaluate and implement practical recovery and performance strategies without abandoning the foundational principles that already work or unnecessarily overhauling their existing systems. Leadership & Business Doc's expertise extends beyond the treatment room. With more than three decades of business ownership, leadership, organizational development, and service diversification, he works with leaders, business owners, executives, and professionals navigating pressure, complexity, change, and responsibility. His leadership presentations are practical and experience-driven, focusing on clarity, purpose, decision-making, accountability, team dynamics, and the responsibility that comes with influence. Whether he's speaking to healthcare professionals, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes, or teams, Doc's message is consistent: Experience turns knowledge into wisdom; and wisdom is knowledge rightly applied. In an age when AI can provide almost unlimited information, Doc believes experience matters more, not less. AI can provide information and recommendations. It cannot replicate the judgment developed through decades of real-world decisions, the relationships built through years of showing up, or the accountability that comes from being responsible for helping people put knowledge into action. That's what Doc brings to every presentation: real experience, practical application, authentic stories, and frameworks audiences can actually use. Whether on the stage, in the boardroom, or in the clinic, Doc Weathers helps people perform when it counts. Because Not Performing, Is NOT An Option!

Cassandra Bankson is a beauty industry expert, creator economy entrepreneur, and one of the most trusted voices in skincare: a medical esthetician who built an audience of more than five million by telling the truth. At seventeen, she was a working model hiding severe cystic acne under layers of makeup. Then she did the unthinkable: she wiped it all off on camera. The video went viral, and a global platform was born. What started as one honest video became a business. Cassandra's content now boasts over 500 million views, reaching a science-hungry audience every day, and she's turned that trust into real commerce, from live selling to six-figure sales days. She's become a case study in how creators build credible influence at scale, and how brands actually earn it. Today she speaks at the intersection of the three forces reshaping her industry: the science of beauty, the business of the creator economy, and the technology, including AI, that is changing both. She's shared stages from SXSW and VidCon to the Forbes 30/50 Summit in Abu Dhabi and the New York Stock Exchange, translating complex science and fast-moving tech into something any audience can act on. Wherever she speaks, the throughline is the same: real expertise, radical honesty, and trust that captivates.

For more than 25 years as a Registered Nurse working in high-acuity environments, Annie Athmer learned that waiting for outcomes was never an option. Intervention happened based on signal. Today Annie translates that same pattern recognition into a practical and transferable lens that helps individuals, teams, and organizations recognize early indicators of drift, compensation, and hidden strain before visible outcomes force the conversation. Her work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, decision architecture, human behavior, and organizational transformation.

I spent 15 years managing $20M programs in Silicon Valley before my body made a more compelling argument for a different life. Today I'm double board certified in functional nutrition and applied quantum biology, a certified breathwork facilitator, and a movement and yoga teacher with 2,000+ credentialed hours. I've led retreats and workshops across 11 countries on 4 continents — for executives, public figures, corporate teams and everyday people ready to feel genuinely well. My work sits at the intersection of hard science and lived experience. I bring breathwork, nervous system regulation, circadian biology, ancestral nutrition and movement together into practical tools that actually work — especially for high-functioning people who are too smart for generic wellness advice. I understand the pressure my clients are under because I've lived it. That's what makes the work land differently.

Rae Gross is the Founder & Chief Elevation Officer of High Schooled. An educator at her core, she genuinely believes that if learning isn't fun, we're doing it wrong. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and master's degrees in both mathematics education and medical cannabis science and therapeutics. With more than 20 years of experience teaching teachers, designing transformative curriculum, and contributing to published textbooks and curricula, Rae has spent her career figuring out how to explain complicated things in ways that actually make sense to real brains. Her signature talks — Boost the Spell and The Intimacy Spell — bring that same approach to cannabis education and ADHD, combining peer-reviewed research with warmth, humor, and the kind of clarity that makes people feel smart instead of overwhelmed. Rae helps adults with ADHD stop fighting their brains and start working with them — through ritual-based frameworks, clinically-informed cannabis education, and practical tools built around how ADHD brains actually function. She has ADHD herself, so this work is deeply personal. Her work is for the brilliant and chaotic. The capable and overwhelmed. The ones who've tried every productivity system and are ready for something that finally makes sense. Because the right ritual can do what no routine ever could.
