I'm also author of "You're Hired! How to write a brilliant CV" which has become the UK's best-selling CV book and "Career Coach" which is my self-help career coaching book. Both books are best-sellers and have been translated into other languages. I also write many articles and features for national newspapers and trade journals such as the Telegraph, Guardian, FT, People Management and regularly contribute to magazines such as Grazia, Woman and Home, Marie-Claire, GQ etc.
I appear regularly as a career management expert on TV, radio etc including such programmes as BBC Breakfast News, Radio 4, Sky news, LBC, On the Money, Working Lunch, the Politics Show etc. Regular conference speaker on career management topics. I often pop up whenever career issues are raised.
I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, having worked previously in senior HR roles before specialising in career coaching. I'm also previously chair of my local CIPD Branch.
