About
I combine lived experience, twenty-plus years of songwriting and performance, and the practical perspective of founding Warrior Songs. Audiences do not receive a clinical lecture: they encounter a carefully shaped human story, original songs, appropriate humor, and language that makes hard conversations safer to begin. Every program is tailored to the audience and can be delivered as a keynote, story-and-song performance, workshop, facilitated conversation, or virtual session.
Speaking Topics
Signature Programs (1)
In this candid story-and-song program, Iraq War veteran, award-winning singer-songwriter, and Warrior Songs founder Jason Moon explores the well-meant phrases that can shut veterans down—and the language that helps open a real conversation. Through lived experience, original music, appropriate humor, and practical reflection, he gives audiences a human understanding of PTSD, moral injury, reintegration, suicide prevention, and what it means to come home. The program can be tailored as a keynote, acoustic performance, workshop, or facilitated conversation.
