Leaving school with no qualifications and a neurodiverse condition, he fought through every barrier he came across to achieve success, wealth and happiness. Now retired from the tech industry he focuses on his real passion of helping others to achieve success in the face of adversity, and speaking out for change and acceptance. Christopher has been a public speaker for much of his career, confident in delivering motivational speeches to many types of audience. He has presented to businesses on topics like delivery, quality improvement and product development. He has presented to business leaders on change management. He has presented to civic dignitaries on the importance of mentoring and junior leadership. He has even been in demand as a Master of Ceremonies for weddings and naming ceremonies. His focus nowadays is on his passions of neurodiversity acceptance, mental health awareness, and suicide prevention. He delivers impassioned speeches around these topics that inspire audiences to make the changes that society and business needs. Although he has witnessed a lot of change in industry and society around attitudes to neurodiversity and mental health awareness, he is still driven by the need to do more. Statistics show how people can still be disadvantaged in seeking careers, relationships and acceptance. And Christopher still finds it distressing to see, on a daily basis, the clear link between these conditions and suicide. He works tirelessly to do what he can to prevent these tragic and unnecessary deaths.

Born and raised in the heart of downtown St.Louis, MO. I My challenging experiences motivated me to strive to become an uncommon man. Having a learning disability and barely graduated from highschool left me with many struggles; until I realized that life kicks you but you must kick back and embrace the hardness, thrust yourself in challenges and overcoming fears. This led me to graduated college and further attaining my masters in Theological Studies. I also commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. Through these achievments I now see new struggles that arised in which I myself noticed in the corparate work environment, that every job I worked had a social negative pattern to them, in which negative components that create a toxic work environment, such as gossip/slandering, opposing innovation, micro managing from leaders, the negative effects of comparing ourselves to each other, and living an unhealthy physical lifestyle. These obstacles are some of the main reasons why we have toxic environments. I wish to share and discuss stratagies to improve toxic work environments.

Those five months before he passed were incredible, devastating, filled with love, filled with tears, filled with hope, filled with sorrow. During that time, Kris blogged about her journey. She shared and wrote about it all. Incredibly, another amazing event happened to Kris at the same time. She met and formed a partnership with Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino at the Best Ever You Network. Their first collaboration was the creation of a life-changing journal with weekly journal prompts. Best Ever You: 52 Weeks to Your Bravest, Boldest You. They created and launched it at the beginning of July. Ben was so proud of Kris! The work she was doing with Elizabeth- changing lives and inspiring others to be their best, while caring for Ben (and herself!) One of her greatest joys is that he got to see that journal and applaud her newest venture before he passed away (July 16, 2020). Kris believes in her beautiful future. She loves and misses Ben every day but the ability to love and sparkle with her experiences is what makes her truly exceptional.
