My name is Marsha Garcia, and I am the founder of TN Warrior Racing Inc., a non-profit that focuses on raising awareness about the challenges of living with Trigeminal Neuralgia. This condition, often referred to as "The Suicide Disease," is a rare and extremely painful facial nerve disorder. A little about myself and how TN Warrior came to be: I have been racing sports ATVs for 20 years and have a deep passion for riding. When I was diagnosed with TN, I was determined not to let it stop me from racing. I found ways to manage the pain associated with TN, and that experience led me to establish TN Warrior. My mission is to shine a light on the difficulties of living with TN while managing depression and anxiety. Trigeminal Neuralgia has no known cure. My hope is that by sharing my story, I can inspire women who are struggling with TN and other chronic illnesses to stay strong, as tomorrow needs them.
