John Alan "JAK" Keeran spent his career in computers and Intelligent Technology (IT) building a reputation of implementing systems "on-time" and "on-budget". Since computers are an important part of Cognitive Science, JAK migrated into psychology and neuroscience. Through the years, JAK's books, games, and webinars have all been developed around creativity and the workings of the mind and emotions. THE CREATIVITY GAME - As co-author of The Creativity Game, JAK guides others through exercises which develop & enhance innate creativity for problem-solving & personal development. JAK uses The Creativity Game, a fun tool to clarify complex issues through analogies which create potential solutions. EMOTIVE ENERGY - "If you can drive a car, you can understand your brain, your mind, and your emotions." JAK authored the Emotive Energy model in 1985, and it points to the importance of creativity and creative problem-solving as essential traits of life. Emotive Energy uses the analogy of driving a car to explain the workings of both the human mind and computers. JAK's Emotive Energy model overlays Abraham Maslow's Humanism (Hierarchy of Needs) and directly translates into neuroscience & physics. Using Maslow's model as a catalyst, all other psychological models can also be translated down into neuroscience - including Cognitive Science. Emotive Energy is explained in JAK's 2013 book, Re-Ignite Your Creativity: Psychology of the Creative Mind, co-authored by Dr. Kailash Jaitly, former head of a psychiatric hospital. Emotive Energy also correlates strongly with Dr. Gregg Henriques' Behavior Investment Theory. CHAOSTROLOGY - Based upon the premise that we live in a software generated universe (aka a "virtual" or "AI" universe), Chaostrology describes your character and personality traits as well as your "Life Plan" - a plan which you developed before incarnating. Co-authored by JAK, Chaostrology is a radical reconstruction of astrology grounded in hard science using the Magnetosphere (refer to NASA's website), the Solar Wind, and the new mathematics of Chaos Theory. Chaostrology offers a fresh lens for self-understanding and personal growth. The old ideas about astrology are now obsolete; Chaostrology is a hard science. Further, if we live in a software generated universe (a "virtual universe"), then reincarnation becomes a real possibility.

I'm Mike Allton, founder of The AI Hat and host of The AI Hat Podcast. I help business teams eliminate Admin Drag - the busywork burying their best people - by redesigning how work actually flows before adding AI. Most companies bolt AI onto broken workflows and wonder why 95% of pilots stall. I take teams the other way: map the real workflow, cut the drag, then build a Digital Crew of AI agents that handles the busywork. Your people get back to clients, relationships, and the work only they can do. I'm a practitioner, not a futurist. I carry a number as Director of Partner-Led Growth at Agorapulse, and I build every system on my own work before I teach it. Over two decades in the arena: 250+ speaking engagements, 150+ trainings delivered, and 100+ podcast episodes with AI leaders from Google, NVIDIA, and LinkedIn. Every keynote, workshop, and kickoff ends the same way: your team leaves ready to use it Monday, not just inspired.
