Hasan Tayem is a Jordanian blind human rights advocate, competitive marathon runner, and entrepreneur who has spoken at the United Nations, Mobile World Congress, the Global Disability Summit, and platforms across four continents. He is the Founder and CEO of All Access World, the first global marketplace dedicated to assistive technology. Before building his company, he worked with UNICEF Jordan on youth inclusion and diversity, consulted for assistive technology companies across the Middle East and Europe, and contributed to international dialogues on human trafficking at the OSCE. As a blind distance runner, Hasan has completed over one hundred races in forty countries and won two medals at the East Asian Paralympic Games. He is currently training for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games in the 1,500 metres. In February 2026, he chaired the session "Urgency to Dignity: Fast and Inclusive Crisis Response" at the Zero Project Conference at the United Nations Office in Vienna, where the room was moved to tears. He studies Master of Human Rights and Multi-Level Governance at the University of Padova and speaks Arabic, English, and Italian. His speaking style is direct, warm, and rooted in personal narrative. I didn’t plan to become a dog rehabilitation specialist. I have a history degree and a background in marketing, publishing, news, venture capital, and oil and gas — I built a career in communication and business development and never imagined this would be my path. But at the lowest point of my life, when I didn’t want to live anymore, I got Kenny.
