I create products for women who crave a life filled with meaning and who want to learn how God helps them be successful. I give them the tools to get exactly what they want, which is a life of freedom from their own destructive thoughts and fears. I remind women to resolve - once and for all - they are WONDERFUL JUST THEY WAY THEY ARE. The mind battle that women fight, is fueled by our modern media. It works to destroy every aspect of our self-esteem and confidence in order to drive us to buy whatever product they say will make us a better version of ourselves: makeup, clothing, possessions, even surgery. You are not your size, your shape, your color, your titles, degrees, your background, your education or your history. Those things influence you, but they AREN'T what defines if you are valuable and worthwhile.Your value is because you exist. You are loved by the Creator of the Universe, and He has a plan for your life.I get this question all the time, "What do you do?"My answer? "I assist women create a life of Purpose, Passion and Clarity, so they can invest their time on the things that truly matter to them."My life purpose and passion? My life is a collection of stories of perseverance, humorous predicaments, unique observations and risk. I have learned to get along and fit into a world that was not designed with me in mind. I have set on the other side of the fence looking in, searching for a way to belong. In the course of my 56 years I have had to Think Uniquely. I had to find a way when there wasn't a way before. I had to proceed into each day wearing a face that oozed confidence, while my heart pounded in fear, wondering if I could do, what I said I could do. Born with Spina Bifida but never bound by my wheelchair, I have played most sports traveled the world, gone to public school (not without a fight) graduated from college, taught public school, published a wheelchair racing news letter with a circulation the extended to more than 10 countries. I raced in more that 300 wheelchair road races including the Boston Marathon, and countless Los Angeles, Long Beach and other various marathons.I also traveled to Japan twice for race in the Oita Half-Marathon. I self published a novel, took a 3 week solo-transcontinental train trip, cruised in Alaska, Hawaii, Australia, the Mediterranean and Mexico, It is my wish to share these stories, that in time people will have an authentic understanding of people who move through like in a most unique way.

What makes me special is my video technique focuses on creating emotions that will DRIVE the viewers to take ACTION, rather than the cinematography. Because the process of designing, creating and presenting a presentation is virtually identical to the video process, I am also working with clients who wish to "Master the Presentation Process". My system includes this 5 step process: • What is the Purpose? • What is your Message? • Who is the Audience? • What is the Call to Action? • What will Drive the viewers to take that Action? I believe video should be 30-90 seconds, Compelling, Direct and Effective. As a Professional Speaker, I speak about Understanding the power of Video, Using emotions that video evokes and How to apply it to grow your business. I Coach clients to create Video and Presentations either locally or remotely. • 1 on 1 Coaching • Group Coaching • E-Mail Coaching • Webinars • Workshops • Seminars Can Video change your business? As a Certified Copyright Manager, Speaker, and Trainer, MY MISSION is to raise awareness of copyright law in this digital age and how it affects each of us every day. I have a passion for teaching-- and bringing some FUN to a (potentially) dull, but very important, topic. I offer customized workshops and presentations for Professional Associations, Business and Public Groups . Sample topics: Copyright in our digital age: Copyright Skills are Life Skills. Copyright Myths/ Copyright Basics. Help! My content’s been stolen! What you need to know about copyright to protect your business—with an action plan. (Best Practices) How to protect your original content—Your GOLDMINE Plagiarism vs. Copyright infringement . Finding images that are “free-to-use” or low cost. Social media—what does “I agree” to terms and conditions MEAN? What’s on Your website? How not to be sued for copyright infringement . Information presented should not be construed as legal advice. Barbara Ingrassia’s background includes: Copyright Management Certification (Special Libraries Association) Certificate for successful completion of Copyrightx (HarvardX --Harvard Law School and the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University) Certificate for successful completion of Copyright for Educators and Librarians (Duke University) Many courses through the Center for Intellectual Property (University of Maryland, University College) Because it is so easy to search/copy/paste/send in a matter of seconds, information moves rapidly across the street and around the globe. Documents, email, photos, posts on social media, blogs, websites, audio, video—all probably include content protected by the U.S. Copyright Law. People have many misunderstandings about copyright in the digital age--one being that content on the Internet is free to use. People who would never think of using someone's physical property without seeking permission are unaware that they may be unintentionally using intellectual property without permission… …until they receive that letter from an attorney—and it’s not their attorney. With their heart pounding, they frantically tear open the envelope to find that they have allegedly infringed the copyright of the attorney’s client. The client is demanding payment of a large fee for a license. An awareness of copyright basics could have helped them avoid that. We are all CONSUMERS and CREATORS of copyrighted content. (No formal registration is required!) Businesses and organizations of all sizes (for-profit and non-profit) need to take measures to protect the original content they create. Artists, photographers, and musicians face special challenges. Businesses are aware of many compliance requirements (OSHA, ADA, Sick time, Minimum wage, Overtime pay, FMLA, etc. etc.) but often don't realize that compliance with the U.S. Copyright Law is also important; non-compliance can be just as/even more damaging to a company as non-compliance.
