I have personally taught over 1,000 business professionals the fundamentals of Skype for Business, as well as Lync, it's predecessor.

I'm an experienced technology leader, with significant experience in mobile and e-commerce, gained while leading software development, testing and delivery groups. I am also a regular international conference speaker and trainer, having delivered talks and workshops on a variety of different topics over the last 5 years, including software delivery, quality, testing, mobile and organisational design.
