DR. PARMJIT SINGH is Assistant Clinical Professor with Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University, Canada and has a PhD in psychology. He has Clinical Training in Mind-Body Medicine from Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA and has participated in an intensive retreat on Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) in mind-body medicine under the direction of Drs. Since 2016, he has successfully embedded a four week modified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program into the standard curriculum of Family Medicine residency program of McMaster University. One of his academic courses was featured on television for its unique content and perspective. He is a facilitator in Executive Education, DeGroote School of Business, running The Mindful Leader coaching program and regularly guest speaks in the Executive MBA (Digital Transformation) program and Health Leadership Academy at McMaster University. Parmjit has written three workbooks (The Looking Glass, Soliloquies, and Towards Healthy and Successful Living), numerous research articles, book reviews and published ‘The Health Q’ monthly newsletter until May 2008. A dynamic workshop conductor and a passionate speaker, he has held numerous health and wellness events for business and educational sector over the two decades.
