The incident also resulted in him losing his right leg above knee, a fracture in his right wrist and an 8 to 10 inch rod with 10 screws in his left elbow and forearm. Through it all, he is now focused on using his traumatic experience to inspire others in life. So he plans to use his personal situations to relate to others and help by showing them they are not alone and that success can still be achieved with faith, strength and mental toughness.
