I spent years being the person in the room with something to say and no voice to say it with. That experience shaped everything I do now. I'm the founder of Amarkai Group and creator of the A.C.T. framework, a psychology-first approach to speaking confidence. Over 20 years in learning and development, the last four focused specifically on one problem: why talented professionals freeze the moment visibility is required. I've worked with organisations including Network Rail and Women in Rail, delivering keynotes and programmes that address speaking anxiety at the root, not just the symptoms.

Sonja Reneé is a dynamic Speaker and Author dedicated to helping others transform their lives from the inside out. She sheds light on abandonment trauma—how these hidden wounds silently keep us attached to toxic people, unhealthy relationships, and harmful environments. Through her work, Sonja has discovered that nearly 90–95% of the people she encounters are living with unhealed abandonment wounds without even realizing it. These wounds deeply affect relationships with partners, children, coworkers, siblings, and spouses. At 49 years old, Sonja discovered that she was adopted—an unexpected revelation that sent her on a powerful journey of truth, healing, and self-discovery. As she began unpacking her past and examining her relationships, both old and new, she realized how deeply abandonment trauma had shaped her life. That breakthrough empowered her to begin the healing process, reclaim her power, and rebuild her sense of identity and worth. Now, Sonja speaks to audiences to raise awareness, share her journey, and teach others how to identify these wounds, confront them, and heal. In her book, “Abandonment Is Not Your Fault,” she courageously shares her personal experiences, the painful patterns she recognized, and the powerful process she used to break free from bondage, false narratives, unhealthy attachments, powerlessness, and generational trauma. In her new book, "Keys to Freedom," Sonja breaks down the specific emotional wounds that attract one another and the character traits that bind them together. She explains how trauma attracts trauma—meaning the unhealed wound in one person often forms an unhealthy attachment to the wounds in someone else. These connections may feel familiar or comforting at first, but ultimately they feed off each other in ways that can become harmful, dangerous, and emotionally destructive. Her book is bold, transparent, emotionally raw, and deeply transformative. Sonja took her life back—and now she is on a mission to help others do the same.

Peter Bossio, DTM Peter Bossio helps people and organizations turn ideas into communication that gets results. A Creative Director and UX leader based in New York, Peter’s background spans global brands, agency work, and large-scale public systems. He has worked on campaigns for organizations including American Express, Microsoft, and Starbucks, and has brought that same discipline into New York City government, where clarity isn’t optional and attention is hard-earned. Most recently, he delivered a standout workshop at the Toastmasters District 119 Spring Conference, cutting through the noise around AI and focusing on something far more useful: how to actually use it. His core message is direct—AI isn’t the advantage. Knowing how to direct it is. Peter is known for highly interactive sessions that don’t hide behind slides. He pulls audiences into the process, challenges assumptions, and leaves people with ideas they can actually use—not just nod along to. His speaking credits include GovSpeak (a TED-style public sector event), the Communications and Leadership Conference (CLON) in Boston, and multiple Toastmasters district conferences (46, 53, 119), where he was selected through competitive open calls. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and a former adjunct instructor at New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies. In his day-to-day work, Peter leads creative and digital initiatives across complex organizations—translating strategy into execution, and ideas into something people actually understand. His point of view is simple: Most communication fails long before the delivery. He fixes that. Peter is available for keynotes, workshops, panels, and podcast appearances.

He has helped organizations tell their stories, launch ideas, build audiences, create memorable experiences, and turn attention into action. His own unconventional journey—from musician and filmmaker to marketing executive, entrepreneur, author, television personality, researcher, and professional speaker—has given him a perspective that can’t be learned from a textbook. At the center of Ronny’s talks is a simple idea: curiosity changes lives. Whether he is discussing extraordinary mysteries, personal reinvention, storytelling, marketing an idea, building an authentic personal brand, navigating change, creativity, consciousness, or finding purpose, he encourages audiences to question assumptions and recognize possibilities they may have overlooked. His philosophy can be summed up in three words: Passion. Path. Purpose. Find what genuinely excites you. Have the courage to pursue it. Then discover how your experiences—even the unexpected ones—can become part of something meaningful. Ronny’s presentations combine storytelling, humor, real-world experience, compelling visuals, audience interaction, and practical takeaways. He can take audiences deep into the forests searching for Bigfoot, behind the scenes of national television, inside the mysteries of consciousness—or into a completely different conversation about how to build a brand, sell an idea, reinvent yourself, communicate authentically, and turn curiosity into opportunity. Ronny doesn’t ask audiences to simply accept what he believes. He challenges them to think differently about what they believe is possible—for the world, their careers, their ideas, and themselves.
