Passion has always been the key driver in Jen’s life and career. She lives by the motto “forget regret” and is always tuned in to when her instincts are paving the path for her; there have been 3 pivotal moments in her life when she completely changed her life course over a lunch conversation; the 1st led her to the Academy of Finance in high school, the 2nd to her Master’s degree, and the 3rd to her 14-year career with The Little Gym franchise. As she continuously does in her own life, Jen is always looking for ways to help others leverage their passions, instincts, and natural talents. Jen finds her greatest self when she is in front of a room energizing a group by drawing on her vast professional experiences and educational background. She has been in an educational and/or real-life business setting since she began her business degree in high school. She then went on to complete her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Economics before earning her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and eventually becoming the Director of Training for The Little Gym International. Most of Jen’s career has been in the training industry during which she has delivered motivational speeches, trained, and coached audiences across the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, South America, and Asia. She thrives on challenges and loves to customize her messages to suit a specific group, circumstance, or culture. She is particularly passionate about using her life experience as a Millennial to coach other leaders, her life lessons to help young adults tap into their talent, and to utilize ceiling-shattering solutions to empower women to own their space and overcome their unique set of challenges. Jen is a native New Yorker, but on a zealous whim left what she calls “the greatest city in the world” for the Phoenix desert over a decade ago. You’ll feel her passion for her subject matter through her energetic approach, and that direct, Italian-New York way of communicating. She lives in Arizona with her wife and daughter, and they use the teachings of RENT and 90s music to run their household. Perhaps most importantly, however, Jen never underestimates the power of red wine, chocolate, pizza, and a candid conversation.

Born in 1934 in Atlantic City, Walter D. Palmer overcame a tumultuous childhood and adversity-filled upbringing in Philadelphia. After losing his father at 12 years old, Walter used his lessons of a strong work ethic and an appreciation for the arts to help his mother raise not just his own siblings, but also start a Community Freedom School for children and adult learners alike that would become the platform on which Walter built his social justice legacy over the next 65 years. Despite Walter’s positive influence on his community, he ran into trouble with neighborhood youth, in and out of Philadelphia juvenile facilities and getting shot once and stabbed over 3 times throughout his teens. The first of his family to graduate high school, he then had no more police encounters and held down various jobs to support the family. A talented musician, he’s played music with artists like Billy Paul, John Coltrane, Dizzy Gillespie, and Sammy Davis Jr., plus some great tap dancers. After high school he worked at UPenn Medical Center as a surgical attendant and later a paramedical training program in respiratory therapy. After graduating, he was hired by the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as the director of what would later become the Department of Cardiopulmonary Care. He was later appointed as a fellow in the Philadelphia College of Physicians. When President John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy had their 3rd child (Patrick), he was chief pulmonary consultant on his case. He was inspired by many great athletes when he first saw the great Paul Robeson in a movie, along with the stories of Jack Johnson and a radio broadcast of boxing legend Joe Louis. It would not be until he was 25 years old and started running in track and field that he found his stride and by age 40 set a masters world record in the indoor 50-yard dash, winning over 1,000 medals & trophies in over 50 years of competing. He set records in city, state, national, and international competitions in indoor and outdoor track & field throughout my life. He also attended Temple University to study business administration and radio and television production and direction. He then went to Cheyney State University to study secondary education with a major in social studies and history. Because he was so involved in the civil rights movement and running the cardiopulmonary department, he left CHOP to create The Palmer Foundation to develop educational and training materials for at-risk populations in 1955. After working for many politicians, I founded the Walter D Palmer Leadership Learning Partners Charter School in Philadelphia from until it closed in 2014. He is currently a faculty member at UPenn, teaching Urban Studies and Social Policy & Practice. He is founded The Black Men at Penn, School of Social Work, and The Center on American Racism and Social Justice at the School of Social Policy and Practice. He also founded the John Hope Franklin Society at UPenn.

Quinton Jones is an inspirational and motivational speaker. Quinton’s life has been spent studying Speaking, Systemic Thought, Marriage and Family Therapy from the best in America. The blessings of multiple experiences from different and diverse teams enrich his presentations with immense passion of pulling people together and catapulting them towards their goals. For others the power of truth brings the realization of dreams yet attained. Every presentation from Quinton flows over with perseverance, love and fulfilling life. Quinton’s lack of a relationship with his biological father did not hinder his growth. He learned at an early age to rely wholly on His heavenly Father, the son, and the Holy Spirit. Quinton received an old school wholesome upbringing from his great-grandparents in East Texas. In college Quinton not only played football but learned life principles from playing the sport in Arkansas. It taught him in-depth perspective on systemic thought and families. From there he returned to his birth state and is using his hard-earned degree to work with youth. His strength comes from being raised by his great-grandparents, although he still has not met his father, his upbringing gave him wisdom from previous generations that cannot be gained from any book. In the 3rd grade Quinton fell in love with sports which grew into an expertise. Like a sponge he soaked in knowledge from great coaching and teammates. This love led him to the opportunity to play tight-end at a division 2 football level. His hard work and determination resulted in starting as a true freshman before breaking both legs in different consecutive years. However, these minor setbacks didn’t stop his drive of working full time at summer camps and studying political science abroad. Quinton’s various tragedies such as being dyslexic, multiple leg injuries, the death of his great grandfather, a complete loss house fire, and moving away from home didn’t break his stride. Quinton did not let these things hinder his ability to forge beautiful friendships, valuable knowledge, proven persistence and a beautiful family, things that of course doesn’t come from credentials, degrees and accolades. Quinton also studied speech communication during his college years and before returning to Oklahoma he studied abroad in two different countries. He also served on the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy in Washington, D.C. Quinton currently lives in Oklahoma with his beautiful wife, Jena, whom first caught his eye in their kindergarten class. They welcomed their first child, a son named Dallas, in August 2018.
