Hi, I'm Vera and my mission is to help midlife women shine their light. I work with clients to help them reduce overwhelm, find clarity on what is most important to them, and create doable action steps towards their goals. There was a time where I lacked clarity about my purpose, didn’t feel that I was making a meaningful contribution, and was also going through two major life changes. I felt stuck and unsure of what to do next. As challenging as this time in my life was, I’m grateful that it happened because it was the start of me developing tools, resources and practices that helped me get unstuck, stop feeling like a failure, and find purpose in my work. And now I help women up-level through their own life transitions. My other passions include personal development, physical activity, wellness, connecting with people, and supporting local businesses. My soul gets revived in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains through hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, running, and mountain biking. I enjoy travelling, camping, reading, listening to podcasts, walking my dog, and spending time with friends. I am also a certified Yoga Nidra teacher. Learn more at practicalwisdomcoaching.ca.
