As an Incident Management Process Manager, my goal is to ensure the employees and the citizens of the City get the best possible IT service. Our handing of the 2013 flood has shown that we are the benchmark for this industries standard for excellence. During Calgary's 2013 flood all systems continued to run, the clients were very happy with our service even though, 90% of our IT department was displaced and could not work from their offices. I am proud to work with such a dedicated group. As a Distinguished Toastmaster, I continue to assist others to become better speakers and leaders. This year, I will represent my district at the Semi- finals for world championship of public speaking.

Hi! I'm Shelley Giguere, a speaker, singer/songwriter, and worship leader. I love doing life with other women so that they might see and know that they are not alone, and there is hope for their lives through a relationship with Jesus. In 2012, I released my first CD "Testimony," which spurred on the creation of my ministry for women called "Make Me Beautiful Ministries." I've spoken and led worship at events in New England, as well as in my new home state of South Carolina. I have been involved in women's ministry for several years, and am currently serving as the worship leader at my church. Those are my "credentials." Now here's me unplugged... I'm wife to Mike Giguere- a wonderful, patient man who has two jobs: healthcare supervisor and me; I'm mom to a grown son, Nick, and two fur babies, Cookie Dough and Fenway (yes, I'm a Boston fan; please don't hold that against me). I love to laugh, I love to cook (and eat), and I'm infamous for bursting into song or spitting out random movie quotes while in the midst of a conversation. I strive to take my eyes off of my circumstances and keep them fixed on God; sometimes I fail, but I remind myself that life is too short to not choose joy and contentment. I hope we can talk soon!

I have spoken throughout the country regarding the success and the strategies our school used to improve and make AYP.
