As Chairman of the National School Board Coalition, I help communities in Colorado and across the United States understand how public education systems work and how parents, voters, and local leaders can meaningfully influence outcomes. Based in Colorado, I focus on elections, governance, and board processes. I provide practical actions people can take, so they feel informed, empowered, and connected. My work centers on education advocacy through the public system, including school board engagement, community communication, and strategic involvement beyond election cycles. I bring people together around shared priorities, clarify the pathways to impact, and support communities that care deeply about the education their children receive, turning concern into constructive, informed civic participation.

I have spent nearly three decades across financial markets, finance law, capital deployment and the operational reality of building and running businesses where the gap between a result and its absence is the difference between survival and failure. I began in financial services at Generali before joining Clifford Chance, where I worked on the collapse of one of Europe's largest corporate groups, a multi-billion euro accounting fraud. I went on to administer a €3.3 billion CVC Capital Partners fund, then joined one of the offshore magic circle firms, where I worked on private equity structures, cross-border corporate finance and listing mandates for clients including AXA Real Estate, Santander UK, State Street, Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (formerly, HCP Inc.), Harrison Street and other global financial institutions. My observation of how power, accountability and leverage actually operate has been built from the inside. Through my advisory and venture capital firm, I have built a food venture from start-up to £23 million in revenue and led the post-pandemic transformation of a £70 million pound, among other mandates. I also work with investment firms and senior executives on strategic communications, including investor-facing materials, shareholder letters and public positioning. I am the author of The Re-Alignment Era, a structural analysis of how effort and outcome have become disconnected across modern institutions. I am a long-standing member of the Institute of Directors.

Thought Leader | Key-Note Speaker | Research Agricultural Economist
Hernando, Mississippi
I am Malorie Ross, a key-note speaker and economist focused on one central idea: meaningful change -- personal or societal -- requires investment. With a background in agricultural economics, policy analysis, and community-based research, my work sits at the intersection of human behavior and economic systems. I've contributed to research shaping conversations around food access, rural development, and policy investment -- with a focus on how policy decisions impact real lives at scale. My personal journey through anxiety, depression, an autoimmune disease, and significant health challenges gives me a grounded understanding of what happens when individuals are under-resourced, and what becomes possible when they are supported. I don't speak about change as an abstract concept. I break down how investing in people -- through health, access, and opportunity -- drives stronger economics, more resilient communities, and long-term societal return. Through a combination of personal narrative and economic insight, I challenge audiences to rethink the way we view support, responsibility and growth: not as opposing forces, but as aligned drivers of sustainable change.

AI Transformation & Governance Speaker | Founder - Afrodeities Institute
United Kingdom

(2)
Chinenye Egbuna Ikwuemesi is a business and technology transformation professional with more than 25 years of experience working across data, analytics and enterprise systems in complex organisations. Alongside her work in technology and organisational change, she has spent many years researching African civilisational knowledge systems and the governance principles embedded in them. Her work explores how ideas such as Ma’at, Ifá and Ubuntu can inform modern discussions about leadership, institutional design and ethical decision-making in an AI-driven world. Chinenye is the founder of the Afrodeities Institute, an independent research initiative examining African mythology, history and knowledge systems as forms of civilisational infrastructure. Her speaking and writing connect two fields that are rarely brought together: the realities of modern technological transformation and the long historical traditions that societies have used to organise power, responsibility and collective decision-making. Drawing on both corporate experience and historical research, she explores how institutions can think more deeply about governance, risk and consequence as artificial intelligence becomes embedded in organisational systems. Chinenye speaks on topics including AI governance, organisational transformation, African knowledge systems and the relationship between history, power and modern institutions. She can help CHROs, boards, and transformation leaders encode intelligence before layering AI, using decision systems that were designed to survive disruption, not just manage it.
