I’m Frank Montgomery, over the last 30 odd years, I have worked in law enforcement, fire services, food service, hospitality, travel, IT, and more. All are a form of service to me, and require me to see the world around me and the people in it. Recently I have completed two books, both are in the process of being made ready for publication, and I believe them both to be centered on topics that are crucial to understanding the world around us. I also believe that being able to have a conversation when you vehemently disagree is key to ensuring the world doesn't burn with us on it. Disagreements happen every day, from pizza toppings to politics, no two people will agree on everything, and often won't agree on most things in their lives. Understanding that disagreeing is not hate or fear, but simply disagreeing, allows the conversation to happen and each person to learn from the other.

Ashley Gibson helps mission-driven organizations understand why good values alone don't prevent burnout, and what actually does. She developed the Maladaptive Organizational Copy Process (MOCP) to explain how relational patterns become structurally embedded in organizations -- and why they keep reproducing burnout even when leadership changes. She founded Meaning in Practice as a consulting, training, and speaking practice for purpose-driven organizations - from healthcare and nonprofits to associations, trade organizations, and values-led corporate teams. Her work asks the clinical question most organizational advisors skip: Why do well-intentioned systems keep producing the outcomes they're trying to avoid? It's built on a counterintuitive premise: When people care deeply about their work, they're not protected from burnout... they're more exposed to it. Before clinical practice, Ashley spent 13 years in marketing leadership - including serving on the original team for Broadway's "Hamilton" at The Public Theater and as Vice President of Marketing at DC's National Theatre. She holds graduate degrees in arts management and clinical mental health counseling, and is a National Certified Counselor with advanced EMDR training. Audiences leave with new language for a problem they've been trying to solve at the wrong level - and a framework for actually changing it. Best fit for: nonprofit leaders, healthcare and human service organizations, education teams, arts and culture institutions, foundations, associations, and purpose-driven companies.

Keynote Speaker | Creator of The Architecture of Adaptation™ | Founder
Oxnard, California
Cindy Costley's perspective wasn't shaped by theory alone—it was shaped by living it. For more than 34 years, Cindy lived in a body that often reacted severely to things that were simply part of everyday life. Food was dangerous. Environments made her sick. Even seemingly ordinary experiences could significantly affect how she felt and functioned. Over time, her world became smaller and smaller. For decades, she believed her body was broken. Eventually, her search for healing forced her to look deeper—and what she discovered changed not only how she understood her body, but how she understood human adaptation itself. Her body's responses weren't random. They made sense in the context of what it had experienced and what it had learned to anticipate. What had looked like dysfunction began to reveal something else: "adaptation." That discovery became the beginning of a much larger exploration. With a degree in dietetics and more than 20 years of experience working with the body, Cindy has explored conventional medicine, nutrition, functional and integrative approaches, energy work, trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and the complex relationship between our experiences and the ways we adapt to them. Over time, she began recognizing a principle that extended far beyond physical symptoms: "we don't simply adapt to what happens. We adapt to what our experiences teach us to anticipate." Those adaptations can influence far more than how we feel physically. They can continue shaping how we think, respond, communicate, relate, lead, perform, and navigate change long after the circumstances that created them have passed. Today, Cindy brings this perspective to audiences through The Architecture of Adaptation™, inviting people to reconsider responses we often label irrational, resistant, dysfunctional, or self-defeating and ask a different question: "What if this response makes sense when we understand what the person has adapted to?" Cindy is a keynote speaker, creator of The Architecture of Adaptation™, and host of The Underlying Answers podcast. Her work isn't about giving audiences another explanation for what's wrong. It's about offering a different place to begin—one that recognizes the intelligence behind how we adapt and opens new possibilities for how we understand ourselves, understand one another, and create change.

I am an Author, Urban Policy Advisor & Real Estate Developer whose work spans human psychology, public policy, and real estate development. I am a Director at Panjwani Projects, an urban and real estate development company focused on developing modern communities and commercially sustainable projects. My work in the sector spans real estate development, redevelopment, land development, project execution, and long-term value creation through structured urban growth. Alongside my work in real estate development, I write and speak on human psychology, perception, decision-making, politics, society, public policy, governance, and urban development. My intellectual work explores how cognitive biases, beliefs, incentives, social norms, and contextual factors influence how people think, make decisions, interact with institutions, and respond to the world around them. As an author, I explore psychology, perspective, human behavior, and decision-making, with a particular interest in how people interpret reality, construct meaning, and experience the same circumstances differently. My interdisciplinary perspective also draws on public policy and real estate development, allowing me to connect questions about people and behavior with broader questions about institutions, markets, cities, and the built environment. I aim to make complex ideas accessible, relevant, and intellectually engaging, whether speaking to business leaders, policymakers, students, professionals, or broader audiences. My talks are grounded in the belief that a better understanding of people, institutions, and the environments in which we live can lead to better decisions, better organizations, better communities, and better societies.

I’m a neurophilosopher and author based in Canada, and I work at the intersection of mind science and human agency. In my writing and teaching, I introduce a practical way to understand why our thoughts, behaviors, habits, and skills feel automatic—like a self-driving system—while also clarifying the real choice we still have as the driver. I help people move from confusion and self-judgment to clarity and control by using the framework behind my book, The Self-Driving You. Listeners learn how to notice their self-driving responses, take the wheel to override them, and then rewire their patterns so they can consistently steer toward success, balance, and the life they actually want.
