Michael Bower is a 30+ year broadcast and podcast veteran whose career spans national radio, podcast networks, and audiobook narration. He’s hosted on Sirius Satellite Radio, delivered daily reports as a National Correspondent for NBC News Radio, and produced more than 1,000 podcast episodes across genres. But what sets Michael apart isn’t just his resume — it’s his obsession with craft over clout. As a former VP of Programming for Ingstad Minnesota Radio Network, he led talent development, coached broadcasters at scale, and even pressure-tested early AI “on-air personalities.” His conclusion? Audiences don’t binge noise — they binge voices that respect their time and deliver real value. On stage, Michael combines the precision of a broadcaster, the storytelling chops of a podcaster, and the humor of a stand-up comic. He speaks on topics like: •Building podcasts audiences can’t turn off (through craft, not hacks). •Process over perfection: lessons from coaching a Varsity softball team applied to creative work. •Why authentic human voices will always outshine AI “hosts.” With a mix of real-world case studies, humor, and actionable strategies, Michael helps creators and organizations reclaim quality in an algorithm-driven era — and connect with their audiences in ways that last.

A very important element that is missing in our organizational culture, is a created space for empathy. Empathy is our access to experiencing community and partnership. Traditional trainings, whether they be for metoo awareness, team-building, diversity and inclusion sensitivity, etc., may be good at teaching "what not to do," yet are ultimately ineffective because they fall short in developing the awareness and listening that is necessary to cause a cultural shift. Matthew Solomon's programs solve this problem by teaching participants how to naturally listen for what would make a difference, be appropriate or inappropriate, and how to best support each other and work together. Matthew regularly leads immersion programs and discussions on the topics of creating partnership, consent, gender sensitivity and diversity & inclusion. The success of his book, "Man School: Relating with Women in the #MeToo Era," and his weekly column for The Good Men Project, has resulted in Matthew having been interviewed on over 30 programs, participating on countless panel discussions on the topics of diversity & inclusion, facilitating forums and leading workshops for universities and corporations. His unique approach to communication, inspires a safe space for these discussions to be had. What he does, is different. Rather than just rattle off a bunch of statistics and talking points, Matthew's chief aim is to create a culture of open and inclusive communication. Participants in his engagements consistently say that they feel transformed in some way from the space that was created. Matthew is currently leading a year-long restorative program for a college in New York state.

I am a 23 years old who's enthusiastic about public speaking, my experiences in life have lead me to the point where I am at right now. I had many opportunities to delivers talks and gigs in front of mainly young adults & Teenagers as a President of AIESEC, which ultimately made me discover my love and enthusiasm for public speaking...Through the years I vowed to make all my speeches interactive and catchy for the audience no matter their physical (sleepy, tired, hangover....) or mind state, I was able to do that by mixing my love for public speaking and my passion for magic tricks and basic hypnosis which allows me to deliver flexible and dynamic talks. With all that being said, I would be more than grateful to be given the opportunity to show my talents and share my passions.
